A: No, there are no hidden charges or fees during your 30-day trial period under the Sample plan. Charges would begin when you move to the plan of your choice after the trial period ends.

Q: Do incoming text messages count towards our monthly limit?

A: No, incoming texts are completely free and are not deducted from the monthly text limit based on the plan you chose.

Q: Do we need to sign any type of contract for service?

A: No, there are no service contracts required committing you to use the service for any specified amount of time. iTXTYA is a pay-as-you-go monthly service making it easy and affordable without any hassles. Cancel anytime.

Q: How does Pay-As-You-Go work?

A: Designed for minimal user, this plan offers the option to place a minimum of $20 on your account and use it for more than a month. Unlike our other plans that offer a set allotment of texts on a monthly renewal, the Pay-As-You-Go plan allows you to use the $20 credit on your account as long as it lasts. At $2 per number per month and the rate of $0.04 per text, this offers just the right flexibility and convenience you need. Once your account balance drops to $5, we will auto-renew you at the minimum rate to ensure you do not experience service disruption.

Q: What happens if we exceed our text limit before the end of the month?

A: If you are on any plan other than the “Sample”, you can purchase additional texts from your user portal, making it simple and easy to add more whenever you need to..

Q: Can we change plans month to month?

A: Yes, you can change plans on a monthly basis when you make your payment.

Q: Do I get to pick the phone number associated with my company/account?

A: Yes, subject to availability, you will be able to choose the phone number used for texting service. Unlike other companies, we do not use short codes but rather allow you to send and receive texts to the phone number associated with your company’s account.

This will ensure your target audience finds it easy to get in touch with you and notice your messages, promoting brand recognition.

Q: What happens if my credit card is declined?

A: We will send you a receipt upon every payment as well as a notification if your card is declined upon renewal. We will leave the account and associated number(s) active for 90 days. If no alternate payment method is provided within those 90 days, we will deactivate the account and recycle the associated number(s).
